INVESTMENT CHARACTERISTICS
Maven
Capital Fund, L.P. specializes in acquiring and providing
equity to small and mid-sized restaurant chains. The fund
is focused exclusively on the restaurant industry with the
following characteristics:

Average unit volume targets in the $750,000 to $3 million
range.

$10 – 20 Million in system-wide sales.
·
10+ owned or franchised units with scalability to 100 units
in 3-5 years.
·
History of same store sales growth.
·
Histories of stable cash flows and profitability
at the restaurant level.
·
Sufficient EBITDA to support CapEx and required leverage.
·
Good asset condition with limited deferred maintenance.
·
Multiple market history
·
Proven unit level and/or franchise management team in place
with resources in marketing and purchasing.
Investment
sizes typically range from $5 million to $25 million, with
larger amounts possible through co-investors and other
